It’s nice to have equipment that cleans and filters your water automatically, but you’ll have to perform some manual pool maintenance as well. For this, you’ll need a skimmer, a pool vacuum and a brush. The skimmer takes care of bugs, twigs and leaves, and the pool vacuum picks up any debris that has settled on the bottom of the pool. You’ll need the brush to knock debris off the walls of the pool where they also tend to accumulate.
