-All returns requests must be completed through the eBay return system.
-Returns must be in brand new condition: unused, uninstalled products that include the original manuals, warranty card(s), and packaging. The packaging must be resealed with clear packing tape. If a product is not returned in the conditions outlined above, a product loss fee may be applied. The product loss fee is determined once the item is returned. This fee can range from 20%-50%. See below for more details:
--If an item is returned in unsellable condition, a product loss fee will be applied.
--If an item is returned without the original manufacturer's packaging, a product loss fee will be applied.
--If an item is returned as being "defective," but is tested and found to not be defective, a product loss fee will be applied.
-Returns must be sent to the approved return address with the approved RMA number. Products shipped to the wrong location are subject to additional shipping charges.
-Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
-We reserve the right to decline returns on non-resellable products.
-If you are having a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer that holds the warranty. If you need assistance with information on how to contact the manufacturer, please do not hesitate to ask us.
-Eka.Co Backyard Superstore does not warranty or guarantee any of the products on this site. All warranties are held by the manufacturer.
-If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in getting a replacement.
-Freight Line Products: Please inspect any freight delivery for damage before signing the BOL. When you sign for the product, you state the product arrived in good condition, and you accept the condition it was delivered in. If the product does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately, and take photographs to document the damage.
