Note:
We recommend you replace the motor seal along with your new replacement motor. Do not use an old motor seal on a new motor.  

Most motor malfunctions come from damaged motor seals, due to running the pump dry.  This can void your warranty, please do not let you water level get down far enough that it will run your pump dry.
